Accounting Staff
Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent with GPA min 2.75
• Have at least minimum 2 years experience in the same field (preferably from General Insurance).
• Must be familiar in preparing and making Financial Report to the Ministry of Finance regularly
• Good understanding of Accounting system
• Knowledgeable of operating Accounting Software is a must
• Preferably having Tax Certificate (Brevet A & B)
• Detail-oriented, analytical, persistent, ability to interact with all levels.
• Good command of English language
• Holder A3IK qualification would be an advantage

General Qualifications :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and leadership qualities. Able to work in team as well as independently.
• Outgoing personality and able to gets along with Subordinates and Management.
• Proven ability to deliver team driven success.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Proactive and hands-on – not a desk manager.
• A persuasive and driving attitude.
• Very mature, high integrity and strong person, professional and result oriented
• Candidates must be honest, outgoing, and hardworking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Legal & Compliance Manager
Requirements:

• At least bachelor degree from Law
• Male / Female
• Age between 30-45 years old
• Conversant with Company Law and other Corporate Law
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (preferably within insurance industry)
• Understand the general insurance business

General Qualifications :

• Strong personality, good attention to details, strategic thinker, strong conflict resolution skill, and good analytical thinking
• Have a good communication, interpersonal , relationship and presentation skills
• Very mature, high integrity and strong person, professional and result oriented
• Possesses strong negotiation and lobbying skills
• Willing to work hard, either as a team work or independently
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Product Research & Business Development Manager
Requirements:

• Have technical general insurance knowledge
• Min. 3 years relevant working experience in the same field, especially from general insurance company
• Holder of a Degree; Professional insurance qualifications (AAAI-K, AAI-K, ANZIIF Senior Associate or ACII) will be an added advantage
• A successful and proven track record in marketing and/or business development within general insurance
• Experience in Campaign management, Marketing management and Relationship management

• Proactive with high results achievement orientation
• Have a good communication, interpersonal , relationship and presentation skills
